Pfah, my body scoffs at the notion.
Friday night, I slept a relatively stretch. Midnightish to 9ish.
Saturday, I was nap-attacked around 11am, and didn't resurface even slightly until around 4pm. Relatively normal night-time again, something like 1 to 10am.
Still, the napions struck for another few hours Sunday afternoon. OK, these things happen. Sunday night into Monday, midnight or so to an alarm-driven 7am rising. That's typical.
Monday night? 1am to ... 4am? Wide awake, ears catching on every creak and stomp of the floor above (elephants have moved in recently, incapable of gentle tread), every *ping* of the heaters, every hiss and whoosh of the plumbing.
(Someone nearby has a leaky flush valve, cycling every 10 seconds or so from fill to off to fill to off. Hopefully that won't last. Else I may be going door-to-door or pinging the condo association.)
But no more sleep since 4. Just lying there wakeful. So now I'm up...
Too bad using the laundry room is verboten until 10am. Maybe I can catch up on some workstuff before going in to the office...
