bleargh! Firefox and SessionManager hate me!

I had 50+ tabs open. But I was sanguine, knowing that my SessionManager extension had been doing an excellent job of saving me after crashes and intentional shutdowns, even when the crash had come mid-shutdown.

My Firefox instance had climbed in CPU and RAM consumption, and experience has taught me that restarting the browser (really, a quit and relaunch) purges lots of cached stuff from memory, including apparently endless-looping javascripts and such, so I told it to restart.

Unfortunately, I had also recently updated SessionManager, and I was running with an "auto-update" session under the theory that I would no longer have to remember to save my session before quitting or restarting...

and Firefox crashed mid-quit...

and the auto-update session was left -- BLANK!

so I've lost several days worth of loaded-but-unanswered LJ posts, which are no no longer on my friends page, among other active browser-hosted work...

If you're one of those I owe some correspondence, please let me know.
